Meet Paul

Paul is a dedicated fitness and health enthusiast with a true passion for helping others reach their peak potential. After earning his ETA diploma in 2003 at the University of Stellenbosch, he has spent over two decades transforming lives as a personal trainer. Paul thrives in one-on-one sessions or small groups, where he can give focused attention to ensure every client trains with perfect form, stays injury-free, and achieves powerful, lasting results.

His discipline and drive extend beyond the gym—Paul is a former professional MMA fighter (EFC Africa) who once held the record for the fastest knockout: a blistering 7 seconds in the first round. When he’s not training clients, you’ll find him cycling or testing his limits in obstacle races.

Malechai is a dedicated, and passionate personal trainer who helps clients feel stronger, move better, and gain real confidence, both inside and beyond the gym. With a background in many forms of resistance training, sports rehab, mobility training, and more he approaches fitness in a caring and realistic manner, meeting individuals where they are.

Malechai offers personalized plans that fit your lifestyle and goals, whether you train in the gym or at home, without putting you under pressure or overwhelm. His emphasis is on developing long-term strength, increasing movement, and making clients feel good in their bodies again.
